How long will it take to get my order?
Everything we make is produced to order — because warehouses are stressful and patience is a virtue we’re still working on.
Standard printed items:
Processing takes 1–3 business days, then shipping usually takes:
- US orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 10–30 days, depending on customs, global chaos, and shipping vibes
Embroidered items:
Embroidery takes a little more time (it’s stitched, not rushed). Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping begins.
We’ll send tracking info as soon as your order is on the move. It almost never takes the full estimated time — but we’d rather under-promise and pleasantly surprise you.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Yes, even there.
Just note: international shipping may take longer, and customs fees might apply. We don’t control borders or bureaucracy — we just print shirts.
Can I return or exchange something?
Only if it’s defective, misprinted, or cursed.
Since everything is printed just for you, we can’t offer returns for sizing issues or changed minds. Check the size chart first. It’s less stressful than emailing us, promise.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We can’t make edits once an order is in production, and we don’t offer exchanges for wrong sizes. If you’re unsure, size up. Emotionally and literally.
My shirt looks slightly different than what I saw online?
Due to screen brightness, contrast, and general tech sorcery, slight differences in color or print placement may occur. That’s normal. Welcome to the thrilling world of internet shopping.
I like a design but want it on something else. Can you do that?
Probably, yeah. All our designs are saved and ready to cause problems on hoodies, crewnecks, tanks — whatever.
If you want to see something on a different item, reach out. If enough people ask, we’ll add it. Or maybe we’ll do it just for you. We’re impulsive like that.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
As much as possible. We use ethical print-on-demand partners to reduce waste and offer carbon offsets at checkout. It's not perfect, but it’s more sustainable than big-box regret.
Do I have to be emotionally unwell to shop here?
No. But if you’ve ever cried in a Target parking lot, you’ll feel right at home.
We design for the barely functioning, but all emotional states are welcome.
Can I cancel my order?
You’ve got a tiny window before production starts. If you need to cancel, email us immediately. Like, now. Like, stop reading this and go.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — because sometimes picking the perfect level of emotional exhaustion is a personal journey.
Our digital gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient’s email, or to yours if you’d rather forward it yourself. Just enter their email at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. No wrapping paper. No deadlines. No pressure.
